Vintage Jewelry 1980’s Artisan Handmade in NYC Colorful Beaded Metal Multistrand Boho Necklace.Really gorgeous Boho Hippie Beaded Style. There are a lot of bright fun colors and Decorative beads and dangling discs. There are a few Lucite beads. There are a few Lucite dice so the Discs may be representative of Poker chips. There are also some Wooden chips and Metal beads. It is possible that there are a few Bakelite accents but these have not been tested. I was told that this is an Artisan piece that was made in the 1980’s in New York. The colors are very vibrant and it is so beautiful and unique. This is a Multistrand necklace with a Slide in clasp. Measures between 16-22 inches. The first strand is 16 inches Choker length. The second strand measures 18 inches Princess Length. The decorative beads end at 22 inches. In good vintage condition may show some signs of wear due to normal use. There is one disc that is cracked that is shown in the last picture. It is cracked in the middle but still attached to the necklace. This is a one of a kind Vintage eighties necklace! It is really is a piece of art. It really is such a fun conversation piece! Beautiful Pinks, Red, Green, Purple, Gray, Teal, Blue, Red, Orange, Brown, Beige, Clear, and Silver Tone Metal throughout. There are so many beautiful colors and textures. I am not sure what the beads are made of but it is some type of Vintage plastics, lucite, Wood, Metal, and possible Bakelite. I am not a Bead expert so please judge for yourself before purchasing. No returns based on type of beads.Due to it being vintage there is some areas of the necklace that have heavy Patina ( a green coating this is normal due to age.)
