Store Policy

Shipping Policy:

1. Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. I usually ship within one business day.

2. Estimated shipping times:
North America: 3-5 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

3. Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Buyer pays the Return Shipping fee for any item returned. 

Privacy: 

Roses Very Vintage Shop takes your privacy very seriously. We will never share your information with anyone except Shopify, Shopify’s trusted Third Party Apps, and the Shipping carrier ( Shipping label). 

1. Shopify: I share information with Shopify and it’s approved Apps as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.

2. Service providers:

I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. Examples include: Fed ex, USPS, and UPS or any International carriers. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services for the purpose of your item being delivered to the correct person and address. The Make an Offer App on the Website and Review App will gather your information to send the offer or to generate your review. These Apps have been approved and recommended by Shopify as extensions to their Website. It will not permanently store your information but will use it temporarily to generate the review or offer.

3. I do not store any customer order information. You do have the option to provide us with information to sign up for newsletters or for email promotions. I will not keep a physical record of this.

4. We do not store or see any of your payment information. All payments are processed through the Merchant Company or Shopify and they do not share your Credit Card number with Roses Very Vintage Shop. We will only see that an order has been paid and what method was used. For example: “Customer has ordered Item #123 and has paid using Apple Pay” or “Customer has ordered Item #456 and has paid using a Visa payment.” We will not see any identifying information such as the name on the card, Card number, CVC, or Expiration date. We take your privacy very seriously. We do see your name and address so we can ship the item. We will never share this with anyone except Shopify (to create the label) and the Shipping Carrier (to ensure proper delivery.

Return Policy:

1. Returns: There is a 30 day Return Policy. The buyer will be responsible for Return shipping unless the item is damaged. Please contact me before starting a return to see if the issue can be resolved. I will be more than willing to resolve any issues. I have sent thousands of packages and have never had an item damaged.  If the item is damaged upon arrival I will offer you a refund or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value in my shop. Please note I carefully package all my items and photograph all packages before they are shipped to ensure that they will not get damaged in shipping and to have proof that they were packaged well.
