I believe the Silver is Sterling but it is not marked and I have not tested it. This is a stunning heavy necklace. The layering gives it a torsade effect. The strands measure 16-18 inches in length ( Choker length to Princess length). In good condition but a few gemstones do have chips from prior use ( please do not purchase if you are not comfortable with this) even with the minor imperfections on some of the gemstones this is an awesome necklace.
