Vintage Rare Trifari Style Gold Great Blue Heron Bird Faux Pearl Belly Cabochon Midcentury Brooch. This is NOT a Trifari unless it is unsigned but it is almost exactly like a Rare Trifari brooch by Alfred Phillipe which is now selling for around $750.00. The Trifari Heron had a Lucite Jelly Belly and was signed as well. Coro and Trifari are responsible for almost half of all jewelry design patents up through the middle 1950’s. Philippe for Trifari patents seem to disappear after about the year 1954. So it is possible or it was made to be an imitation. The pose and style are exactly alike. This is a beautiful Midcentury piece and is in good vintage condition. There are minor signs of wear due to normal use and age. Shipped with USPS First Class Mail.
